Kit 80 metrakit am6
Hopefully Zav will be able to provide that info. People have done all sorts of things to avoid splitting the cases to do port matching. Sure one would want to do port matching, but that's optional. But will be going with that or the tp 86 aluminium kit. It looks like I might be building up the 50mm bore, 40mm stroke Xtreme kit soon on a Derbi engine. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

The pedmoto exhaust i have was dynoed at The reason I know they work with the stock stroke is look on maxi scoot and lots of kits state stock 40mm stroke. It's not really a big deal to split the cases, and once you've done it then you wont be afraid of it anymore.
Do you know if it needs a new crank and how much case work it would need?

But will be going with that or the tp 86 aluminium kit. Would i need to split the cases or could i get away with stuffing a rag in the bottom end?
The Metrakit 50cc Aluminium Cylinder Kit for geared mopeds with Minarelli AM6 engines is a "Racing" kit which is, as the name suggests, built for the race track. I have seen 24bhp out of a Metrakit 80cc also Metrakit race pipe and 24mm I was thinking of getting the 80cc airsal kit on my am6 but was.

Errrrrrrr your guess is as good as mine this is such a old thread I can't remember I think it was a nl website so scootfast or vsmotoparts or something like that they had a separate link on all the kits that showed a graph of the dyno vs stock but god knows where website is or what it's called ill try find my old ipad and see if it was a saved link but apart from that I dunno.
I know. All rights reserved.
Hey all So I got bored on the parts website and I thought I might as well copy all there dyno readings on the kits they've dynoed and post them here I will just be posting name of kit cc and the hp reading they got I must say this is just out the box kits no case modifications are done and they have the parts the manufactures recommend so it is possible to get higher readying with case matching, bigger carbs, different exhaust and stuff they are all done on same dyno with very similar conditions so they are as accurate as they can be and yes these are rear wheel readings NOT CRANK If you want a dyno graph of a kit I can post it if can find them again just ask for the graph for that kit as I won't be posting them all as it will take me ages Here they are Airsal 70 cc derbi euro 3 alloy single ring I just got lucky.

I'll keep you posted with how that goes. People have done all sorts of things to avoid splitting the cases to do port matching. The pedmoto exhaust i have was dynoed at Either way that airsal kit will fit the stock stroke fine. I think the AM6 might have a
